2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Started conversation Feb 12, 2019
sort of
At the gym today... I started on the stairmaster (stair treadmill/steeper thing; like a four step escalator, always running downwards, whilst the idiot on it, me, walks up it... an endless walk up an escalator). Only, me being me, just walking is boring so, I sometimes turn round and walk backwards; or when walking forwards, do a calf raise on each up to the step, from doing a back leg squat, on the back leg
Anyhows, I start on that... and one of the other PT's then asks me, If I want to go to the waights room, to do some more shoulder/deltoid/traps etc., work.... - I say "yes, after I've done a while on here first..."
So. I walk... I do backwards... I go forwards with the calf raises and squat, and go faster... slower and alternate, and mix it up... and wait...
an hour later oops... I got forgotten about
Well, a good cardio day anyhow, and I did some upper body weights at home, later, after lunch
anyhow, I did upper body weights, including traps and deltoid, yesterday, after the half an hour on the elyptical machine cardio
an hour... ? on the stairmaster? - I thought I'm ment to be energy less without thyroid replacement. - do I seriously just have an entirely backwards/upside-down/contradictory metabolic system to the normal?
had bulghur wheet for lunch, with onions and spices, and with the last of the pork and onion/spice, meatballs I made...
had grilled haddock fillets, for dinner, with baked beans, and homemade potato wedges and plenty of salt - I soaked through after the stairmaster this morning - apple and pear for fruit today
boared now, off for a walk, to the pub, of course no gym tomorrow, probably in again Thursday for a mixed cardio, followed by weights (legs and upper body/total body Thursday)
Key: Complain about this post
