we now have a home bar.

We wer egiven it, by the gym manager, who's our personal trainer.

We walked home with it, Thursday,a fter we'd been to th egym.

We got some really odd looks walking down a very busy road, across a pedistrian crossing, then through a graveyard, and onto our road, carrying it.

No. not a full of alcohol sort of bar...

an olympic weight lifting bar; someone at the gym, had, somehow, managed to overload it, and presumbably drop it; thereby bending it a bit at the end; its not fixable, and although the bend doesn't dammage it much at all, it'd never be safe for legal reasons to use in a commercial gym, so, we got it.

as its an olympic bar, it weights 20 KG, which is the max I can lift anyhow, due to my stupid heart thing, and its exactly the same as the ones I use in the gym, which is handy.

Its now living in the front room, in front of the long coffee table....

Now I just need to try not overtrain I did hack squats and curls before breakfast, and squats, and upright row after, plus shoulder shrugs, and some deadllifts...

didn't do much today, too cold out

went to the bank, canceled a direct debit for insurance, as we've a new insurance that saves about 3/4 of what we were paying, also applied for new credit card, as it'll be linked with my main current account, so I get cash back on that account, without paying a charge for the card, as its linked with the current account... not that I've ever paid any interest on a credit card; but it offers better protection, and often incures less charges, when, E.G., booking flights etc, where they now seem to charge more if you use a debit card, rather than a credit card...

asides that... was just too cold to do much otday
