Tis my birthday today. Somehow now clocked up to 42 years of being ill
feel quite rubbish still

The surprise, was a refund, onto my Paypal, from the online supermarket we had grocerys for the freezer, delivered yesterday. - they refunded the entirety of the cost of the shop...

OK... I thinks... maybe they took it twice by mistake, so refunded the eronious payment.

So, I go's looks at my statement online..

one payment out, yesterday, £91.
One 'refund' back into the paypal, today, of £91.

shhh... I'm not gona tell em

not sure if we'll go out tonight or not... my main excitement of the day was walking with W, up to the pharmacy, to buy more electrolyte sachets, and medicated whipes rock. and. ing. roll

I need to get back to the gym... feeling so unfit now, but as it stands, I don't feel anywhere near ready enough to do that yet
