seriously. The weird, no matter to where it reaches, always then pops up a total unsuspecting gnome girl, when one is least expecting it

so, last night, about 11.30 in the evening, we were home from the pub, and noticed, parked in the street, just near the house, a van. A gnome van. and, in the afore mentioned van, was gnome girl; with the window open, on her mobile phone, deep in discussion with a gnome-purchaser; discussing discounts for bulk gnome purchases.
Then, after much of this conversation... almost on the spot of midnight, she ended the call... restarted the gnome van engine, and drove off up the road. Then came back up the road, and drove off, into the night; no doubt to go make a midnight emergency bulk delivery of gnomes. - It might be tempting for us to contemplate, and consider this, and it s nature, but, perhaps, it is best that us mere humans (or close approximations too), do not consider, contemplate, and consider the nature of the gnome girl, and her gnomly ways; for it is probably not best for us human-like creatures, to delve, too deeply, into the world, and working of the gnome-kin, and their devices and designs, or desires, and opperations.

Gnome girl wasn't there this morning

we went to the gym, early-ish, did an hour with the PT, mainly stretches, dynamic and others etc, plus a lot of squats, and then after I'd finished with the PT, I did half an hour upper-body weights... - We would have done cardio today, but due to a leak up on the forth floor, and its descent ground-wards, the cardio room had been flooded

Back to gym tomorrow, hopefully for cardio if they've got the cardio room dried out, and assuming the air con is working, I feel far too unwell trying to do cardio in there, with the aircon busted

cooked a quick chicken and veg stirfry for lunch, with noodles - tonight is probably venison sausage and bean casserole, assuming we've a tin of borlotti or cannolini or white beans, or similar lurking in the cupboard...
