Turns out, he's only making me super-fit, in order that he can harvest my body-parts as and when he requires them
Which got an eruption of laughter from some of the regulars at the gym, when he revealed this
yesterday was with personal trainer - just cardio, an hour of it, non-stop
15 - 20 minutes intervals on the cross-trainer...
15 - 20 minutes on the stair treadmill, again with the speed altering so it was intervals...
and, then 20 - 30 minutes on the treadmill... steady pace at 9 KM/H, then faster sprints for 3 minutes at 13+ KM/H, raising heart rate up to 135 ish, then back down to a very slow walk, on incline, to reduce HR to lower than 110, before back up to the sprint and the steady pace...
Faster than I've been before, and, supprisingly, feels a lot more comfortable at that speed, to me... maybe matching my natural stride/pace- length more
Didn't feel too knackered after that, and was going to do a weight session, straight after, but PT advised against it
so, went there this morning, and did an hour or so weights, mainly upper-body, but with 100 squats too
went to gym via a trip to bank, for more - trying to get the bank done before it got too hot
It is now too hot.... to do anything
dinner last night was cod, baked, with onions, and then made a tomato, ginger garlic sauce, over it, and topped off with sliced mushrooms about 318 KCal per portion, and 50 G protein with pretty low carbs
lunch yesterday, and today, as it is most days, is couscous with salad, and the piri piri marinated chicken from the halal butchers we use now with lemon juice, and some plain yoghurt
tonight... is salmon, as its defrosting...... probably with stir fried sessamae noodles, ginger, onion and mushroom
Went to the pub last night... and Kenny was there - at least there was some cool air near the pub, unlike outside here, where at night, its sweltering, due to the heat being given off by all the concrete/buildings, where the heat builds up during the day.... I think it was still near 30 C last night closing in on midnight
still dosing my levothyroxine at 4 - 5 AM, it just seems to work, and I've not failed to wake up (no alarm), so far
back at gym tomorrow, for, probably another cardio session (no PT tomorrow thought....)
