had the deep clean at the dentists today... my teeth feel so so different... hell of a lot more gappy 
almost fell asleep during the deep clean... well I did some meditation whilst they were doing whatever the two nurse/dentist types were doinjg, I was bored... 
went to gym after 
did some fitness testing... which shows I'm, well, really very fit 
didn't do much else today really...
off to hospital tomorrow... err... an endocrine clinic I think 
see if they've anything to say... and must get bloods done whilst there, for them, most likely, but also for the osteoporosis metabolic bone peoples
