that is. Oddly, I just bought one, online... an audio one... - has bells in it or something Now guess I'll need to borrow or buy a pump to inflate it - No..... I've no idea why I've bought it either. . . one of my PT from the gym wanted me to get it.... and, I have no idea why he wants me to get it... I can but summise that it'll be painful whatever he's got in mind for its use in otter news just injected myself, with a pen that didn't* break - oddly, after nearly a year of injecting myself, its just started hurting - until recently I couldn't feel the needle go in, to the point I'd have to feel down the barrel of the syringe, to actually check it was in my skin, before depressing the plunger - plungers seem to like being depressed, EMO I guess - either I've got nerves/sensory nerves working that didn't use too, or its a consequence of having a lot less subcutainious tissue, to inject in - I might try using a shorter needle- I was preferring these longer needles as I could get more of a sensation to let me know it had vaguely gone in the right place as opposed to my missing and stabbing my finger or hand by mistake
supper soon, then not long before bed, have trimmed my moustache so I'm ready for the being a superstar thing tomorrow, if they turn up to the gym . . . Hope its not too freezing for the jog bit of tomorrow - if its cold, its not really gona be cold enough to weaer the hoody whilst running, I just get so hot too quickly, but it'll still be cold to start, just wearing the tee shirt, sports bra and thin tracky trouser things
