2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

Soon.... after gym this morning, got home, and showered....
Went to the wardrobe... To find something to wear..... through on some leggings whilkst I tried to decide which dress or blouse to pick... Took one of the purple cotton long tunic blouses/dress down, and put it on... smiley - yikessmiley - wahsmiley - cry
I really like those tunic things, I've two the same... and now they don't fit... I think they're size 24, and judging by how lose they are I need an size 18 or 20 smiley - blushsmiley - diva
Simingly confirming this, the new zebra stripe bodycon dres that arrived the other day, which isn't actually very tight on me, is a size 20 smiley - doh - guess that means I really need to resort through the wardrobe, and gather up all the too big items, and return to the charity shop . . . and thereby make for new clothes smiley - droolsmiley - pandasmiley - divasmiley - pony
Some of the larger blouses are probably still OK, just as oversized 'shirt' type blouses, although I have to be careful the neck line at teh front doesn't drop too low as a result of my shrinking size smiley - blush

Gym this morning wasn't easy. I've got the cough/cold combination W is just recovering from, and hence I'm back on increased steroid dose and the combination of steroids making me feel ill, and the cold/throat making me feel ill made it a struggle to get through the useual cardio plus weight workout... but I did smiley - sleepy
Extra steroids are also making me more hungry, which is really not very helpful of them - the cold weather spell suddenly is probably contributing to that too mind... smiley - doh
Still must get round to Email endo nurses, remind them my Drs are ment to test my blood seeing as how I've been on the levothyroxine now for 8 weeks, seems to be yet again the Drs don't have any system capable to automatically let them know a patient is due blood work, unless they randomly happen to remember or spot it in my notes.... smiley - groan
May have to try go back to GP about the steroid acne, and the heart palpitations again. Endo refuses to examine the acne, and denies anything to dowith them, in regards palpitations, cardiology ignore the palpitations smiley - huh maybe try for a GP referral to neurology to rule out neurological basis of internal tremor/palps, and then, if it isn't that, they can make* cardiology do something.. or not, I guess. Asides that, nothing much happened. just brain foggy tired and distant/disconnected all day long, and ithing all over from the acne, with constant palpitaitons unless I'm exercising at the gym, when the palpitations stop smiley - huhsmiley - ermsmiley - shrug
