2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

Went out for Lunch, with William smiley - evilgrin
To the Lebonese resturant smiley - evilgrin
checking out their hummus innit smiley - evilgrinsmiley - drool
had a coule of dishes between us; hummus with chicken (can't recall the name), which was smiley - droolsmiley - droolsmiley - drool and then some falafal smiley - droolsmiley - drool - we got a plate of their gorgeous flatbreads too - basically pitta but thinner and with more oil (maybe yogart?) in smiley - drool - the pitta is just right for using to scoop up the hummus smiley - drool

Their hummus is slightly finer textured than I make, and has way more oil in it . . . about the same amoutn of salt and cumin I think, and I think they have a bit of lemon juice in there's, and maybe a bit of fresh mint coming through too smiley - drool

smiley - wow was a gorgeous lunch though, - I'm supprised now every time I eat out, as the portions seem so massive!- what we had would probably count as a starter, maybe a bit more I guess, for a proper meal smiley - laugh - feel so sleepy after eating that much smiley - blush

goign to make a mushroom risotto tonight, to try balance the calories downwards a little- breakfast was boiled eggs on hummus on toast smiley - droolsmiley - friedegg

After lunch walked a few doors up to teh Turkish shop, and got fruit and mushrooms (about all we needed to get today)- picked up some more ground coffee on the way home from another shop en-route back home smiley - zen - plus bought some smiley - cheese to go into the risotto...- yeh I'm eating so little cheese now we have to buy it in, if we want some as the fridge isnt automatically containing cheese anymore smiley - yikes - scarey eh? smiley - yikessmiley - cheesesmiley - drool

in otter news got a letter at last from cardiology that doesn't explain much more really. but at least does say that there doesn't seem to be any more anneurysms lurking around my body, cept the aortic route dilitation already discovered; plus perhaps there is evidence of some weird mutant cardiac valve; my tricuspid looks more like a bicuspid which might not be so good, as I knwo that can affect eventual type of surgery needed to repair the aortic route dilitation... - teh clarification on exercise I can/can't do, was not very clear... and I got the impression from the letter she still thinks I'm on the angiotencin II receptor antagonis, losartan, which I'm not, so may need to follow that up, with surgery, to see if they did write to her, to say I wasn't able to tollerate the med, back in May; otherwise she may still think I'm taking it...- I assumeed that they might try me on a differnt BP lowering med, as I coudln't take that one, - still unclear why I need to lower my already low BP though, as far as I can tell that will just make me perminantly feel dizzy light headed and ill smiley - huhsmiley - erm

did an hour and a half weight lifting at gym yesterday, and then ten pin bowling in the evening. - no idea if that is way too much and I'm killing myself, or not, or if its good to be doing exercise at the level I am... smiley - ermsmiley - shrug Need to contact my Brother as he'll need his heart examined, to see if he's got a tricuspid valve abnormality or any dilitation in his aortic route smiley - erm

got phonecall from the growth hormone people, next delivery booked in for Wednesday coming smiley - zen

Did laundry this morning smiley - zensmiley - diva

an it appear to be autumn here... or at least heading in that direction, as I appear to be back living in leggings once again smiley - laugh - unicorn and rainbow leggings today as the black ones just went all through the wash earlier smiley - divasmiley - handbagsmiley - rainbow

may nap soon. I'm not tired, just very bored. nothing to do now I can no longer read or concentrate on anything long enough to make much anything worth doing smiley - dohsmiley - yawn
