,blush> I think the person who runs the gym, has become besotted by me - compaired to most of their 'clients' =- as in the social services ones, and the 'medical' ones (I think I'm 'medical' - they do a lot of refered 'clients' from NHS, GPs etc, plus social services etc, though I basically self refered ... or just 'joined' as it were... anyhow, I get the feeling most of their clients, just don't ever do anything... and as I have, and lost so much weight plus gained fitness, I'm about one of their only, if not only, successes.... - she was asking W, if he has any photos of me, nakered - plus any more clothes, from before* I started lossing weight . . or perhaps just she fancies me... which, lets face it, is understandible
Anyhow, W and I are also going to help her organise a social thinggy, for the gym, to have a function/do for the staff, most of whom are voluentears...
An interesting mix of 'things' at the gym today, with my PT.
First off, wrestling which is a first for me - one of the other instructors, jibed me I wasn't trying hard enough.... - so I told him I was letting my PT win, so as not to embarass him then pullups, dips, leg raise, lifts, in the climbing frame thing... then some new weird things with weights, working my back.... sort of bar behind, over my buttocks, and 'shrugging' hard to explain but really nice for the inside of the top of the shoulder blade area then bench pressing with the free weights, curls with then, then reverse flys more dips, pullups, pullups with leg raises in, and more dips, then a whole load of stretching and some other weights I'd not done before, using a pully thinggy.... sor tof just working the forearms
Which was the end of an hour by then
Popped into Turky, and got mushrooms avocado and peaches then home to and probably lunch soon, then a shower
May go to the gym either tomorrow or Thrusday, before I'm next there, Friday with the other PT
Still no reply from endocrine nurse, ro the cardiology secutary. must go look online at the GP system, see if they've yet managed to prescribe the liquid levo at the correct* dosage

Four times a week, about an hour a time - when I started going it was only half an hour at a time, first once a week, then twice, and now up to four... - we've tried five times a week, but that was a bit too much; the fifth session I was just too tired before I began to go 'at it' with sufficient energy to achieve much
my arms are noticably sore today, which si the first time I've noticed that in a while, so the weights yesterday must have done some good - To be honest, the gym has just taken over from so much of the things I used to do I can't do anymore; I can't read fiction books (listening to audio books), as, I just don't have any 'feelings' so can't 'get into a character', and just don't care what happens to anyone or anything in the books, which, wel, they then have no interest for me at all, as I have no interest in any character or anything thats happening in the books... <erm. Its also pretty much the only physical thing I do now... is so rare, due to my hormones being messed up and not working
Today wans' wasn't gym, so we went for an hours walk instead, and tomorrow I'm back at the gym, with W, then there again on Friday with my personal trainer and back to gym again Sunday with W

Gym can be quite addictive, can't it? I used to go regularly when I worked in the West Midlands with a group of people I worked with. I found I didn't lose weight, but boy did I lose inches. I probably could do with going in the gym after classes, but without going with someone else, I'm not that motivated.

Very addictive!
and Its cured my fatigue, basically entirely....
which is so weird... before; I'd shower, then be too weak to stand, to dry my hair, a lot of the time... that sort of weakness fatigue, just doesn't occur now; fatigue is a very common thing, both as I had chemotherapy, which can produce fatigue, and beccause I'm hypothyroid, and because of the adrenal gland,s and also due to low testosterone, and growth hormone... basically people with my condition get constant fatigue, that can mean a lot end up in a wheelcair, unable to walk, even short distances... no tme, I just don't have that actually I don't have any, or many, of the symtpoms of anyone with my condition has, which is, just weird... - I'm ment to need extra steroids on extra physical exertion, as otherwise I get dizzy and weak, and ill, then potentially very ill, and hospitalised, but... I don't...
Gym today... and gym tomorrow... but then no gym Saturday, but back again Sunday and tuesday

The weight lifintg, pullups, al that kinda stuff, just seems to give me more energy!; its so weird... I think the cardio stuff, bike, rowing machine, cross trainer etc, tends to wear me out more... - I guess its to do with either and/or endorphines and seratonin probably or soemthing - I dont' use any heavy weights mind, saldy sadly I'm not allowed too, now, due to the aneurysm, but, even with lower weights, up to 20 KG, it seems to still boost my energy

Lower weights and more weights is good for stamina. Larger weights build muscle mass. I became very trim when I was doing weights regularly.

I'm still really shocked just how my body shape has c conpletely altered OK, so some is directly due to my hormones; err, like growing breasts - but even then, the muscle mass now, behind my doesn't exaclty do anything to make them look smaller
Even though I'm at least a stone heavier than my lowest adult weight; I sort of feel thinner; my waist low down is back to 32", but I've got some larger tummy above that, due to the steorids, that might never shift and then my upper body, shoulders, back, arms etc and heading down, my legs are just unrecognizible, certainly never had that kind of definition before, not even when I was a kid and cycled everywhere... - partly that is the gym, of course, but the GH injections make such a massive differnce, and I'm probably right now, in thinking I lost GH hormone quite early on, perhaps not long after the road traffic accident in 1993, when I was 17, 17.... but the combination of being on the GH and doing the exercise, certainly works to get the definition and that only using 20 KG weights at the most

Next time I'm dressed up properly, for going out, and its still light outside, and we remember to take a pic! maybe tomorrow even, as we're out in the evening to an LGBT meet in a pub; which normally means I'll stick on a decent dress shall try remember to get W to take a pic, and then I'll probably put that onto FB and twitter too if I remember

forgot tonight... and it was probably dark by the time I was dressed and we'd eaten dinner anyhow, as we didn't get out to the pub until gone 9 I must try though, ned to update my fB and twitter pics, seeing as how I'm 3 stone lighter as of today, than I was from my last pic reset my target weight on my app.. another half a stone down from what it was... by this rate I'll be back at my pre-cancer, pre-endocrine problems weight, within a year of starting to reduce caloires and exercise.... four stone lost in 12 monhts by middle Febuary a at this rate - by which time I'll need to replace all my clothes pretty much

Good news, then! Well done.
I'm looking forward to seeing the pics, though, once you've had them taken - and point me towards where I can see them.
