The next numeric journal title, I think, will be "42". in.... a week or two.

39, is, of course, as of my weigh in today, with the sort of nutritionalist person I see monthsly, the amount of weight I've lost since the middle of Febuary.

39 Lb.... the bar I lift at the gym is 20 KG, which is..... 44 Lb? - that seems so utterly unbeliavible..... that bar isn't exactly light... and I'm about* that much lighter

Hips and waist circumference down too - the nutritionalist is a little lost with me I think; I imagine most the people she deals with, just have to be told the same nutritional stuff, again and again and again, but with me, my nutrition is almost psot on.... so my aims this time; fruit more often a week, going from four days to seven, two pieces of fruit a day (not more so as to keep sugar input low), and to try* cut down my cheese intake yeh, that one is so tricky - to aim reducing my saturated fat intake. and, the other tricky one.... keeping my beer intake at its new low level.... no more than two pints per occasion, and trying to limit that to just four times per week... but, yeh, all my weight loss the past month was due to cutting out a lot of beer, basically so I know it works really rather well
In otter news W has gone off on tea quest, as we've nearly run out..

yep; I thought that too, wen I was writing it!; was tempted to put the ' in, to make it right, '39 (if I remember correctly from the way it was written on the vinyl album sleeve at least) one of my favorite queen songs I think from when I was very very young, and probably still one of my favorite today
Numbers looking good on my weight at least... not so good on any of my other numbers, lke blood results or sacn results etc
