Look best in KG - 89 KG that is so..... that's 18 KG loss in total since the start of this year err.... which, is very nearly the weight of the 20 Kg bar I use at the gym! gosh.... Was hoping to go to the gym today, but Amazon are delivering.... but don't seem to want to disclose at what time they're doing so... - I must remember to switch my next subscribe and save order to deliver to the little newsagents up the road, to save this hastle in the future... Odly Amazon is the only shop where I can get the supplements I need to make me function day to day, as the Drs won't subscribe me the necessary ones to prevent further bone loss, reduction in nerve function in my fingers, and cognative/neurological benifits from the magnesium etc.... and none of the shops in town seem to want to sell any decent versions of the supplements, just stocking the generic ones that have the very poor absorption qualities and I can't find anywhere in town that stocks any sublingual tablets at all, for the B12 - don't really want to risk switching from the magnesium malate, to one of the versions that is often associated with diorrhea, or to the spray version, as I'm getting enough skin problems already from the steroids

timing Amazon finally delivered the parcel with all the supplements must go put them away at some point... anyhow... err.... W and I were upstairs and the phone rings.... Oh... no... its my nutty friend, wanting to go to the pub tonight.... so I kinda feel that putting it off doesn't work, and tonight isn't desperately in the way of doing stuff tomorrow, so I say yes... and then... turns out the reason ... or one reason he wants to go out tonight is that he's 'on heat' again a girls work is never done right, must cook up some dinner, then shower myself and tryi to regain some composure and energy
