Just becasue I wanted... I went to the gym today, even though it wasn't one of my sessions with either of the two instructors I have maybe people are right when they say exercise can be addictive.... I'd certainly have never have thunked I'd ''get into it'' in the way I seem too... - Also went to help with the extra beer-caloires over weekend an aweful lot of beer Friday night, going out with a friend I've not been out with in ages... then to the pub again Saturday night, to meet up with some of the LGBT group, though in the end, we had to leave them too it; sitting in the back room of the pub, where we were, there was a group, opposite of very very very drunk, (possibly drugs too), girls, who we assume had been at strawberry fare all day, and their shreeking noises, were... hurting my brain and my adrenal glands, so W and me had to appologise to the rest of the gays and vanish outside, to talk to an insane barister (alcoholic I suspect), and mental bloke in a shiney gold satin suit (way too much drug use in his past), plus an old friend from years ago, who she woked at the university in student support when I was there (alcoholic), and generally have some utterly meaningless and totally weird conversations with the useual suspects of social misfits and local users of mental health services... - I almost feel sane in this pub! - but only had a couple pints Saturday night....
So went to the gym this mroning..... wasn't sure how busy it'd be; turns out it starts getting busy in the afternoon, so our turning up just after 10.30 was about right
40 minutes on the cross trainer/ski machine, then 20 minutes on the static cycle machine
got home... dripping in sweat - plus of course 25 minutes walk to/fro the gym
May head out tonight, soon, for a short-ish walk, and maybe pop into the pub to see a few people for half an hour, just before closing time - about 700 KCal exercise today, apparently and 1100 KCal food (bacon and toast with butter for breakfast, salad with ham for lunch, and salad with plain boiled rice and grilled salmon fillets for dinner)
hmm... - the exercising is getting easier, though I'm just as soaked in sweat after 40 minutes on the cross trainer... and oddly today for once, I can notice my legs moanin g a bit which is odd
Could tell there were out of town people in town yesterday, due to strawberry fair, so many police cars and their noies - plus unusually for Cambridge, I was getting 'odd looks' walking through the streets, in the dress I was wearing out last night them... - useually goes utterly uncommented on, my transvestism; unless its the pub lanlord, moaning I'm not* cross dressed, the occasional times I turn up in jeans, or ladies commenting they like what I'm wearing, or asking me which perfume I've got on
I showered earlier, and William is showering now, so I think I'll play guitar a while before we decide weather to go out for a walk or not weend

Never made it out for a walk... Asides anything the weather was looking unsettled... hasn't actualy rained, but earlier it looked like it might again
- some idiot forgot to do any stretches earlier, after exercising < no wonder my legs feel sore in places so I just did some very belated toe touches and hamstring stretches and stretched out the lower leg tendons too ouch... oh; and yes... I can touch my toes.... I now even bend my fingers over, and touch the back of my knuckles past my toes on to the floor when I do it ... three or four months ago I could just about get the tips of my fingers half way down my shin whilst attempting that one
Supper time soon just injected GH and took melatonin.... all the meds done for another day I think* I rememberd to take everything - getting tricky sometimes to remember, the main ones are at teh same set times I've always basically taken then, and I'm still thinking I'll move the PPI to the morning and take it then, along with some other meds, as its easy to forget to take it, when I'm busy cooking and want it about half an hour before eating.... - the suppliments are getting tricky, as Im spacing some more of them out now, which seems to aleviate some digestive problems - and likewise I've moved the antibiotic slightly so its midway between evening actual meication and beore that the vitamin C and multivit in early afternoon so at least the antibiotic isn't upseting my digestive system anymore - the acne is much improved thankfull; I can just about get away with wearing some slightly lower cut tops (and lower/open back things) again, now without the horrible giant acne looking horrible
