2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

smiley - blush I think the meal tonight, may have had more calories in it, than I've eaten, on any single day in the last..... three or so months smiley - blush - went out for an Indian meal with William, as it was his birthday ... err, yesterday now... smiley - drool

went to the Indian near the pub we often go too, which is the one Indian we've never used round thi area... smiley - wow oh... BoB... now... that was so good smiley - droolsmiley - wow

supprisingly cheap too actually smiley - coolsmiley - 2cents - but we neither had any drinks with the meal, just water in a jug, and didn't ahve any starters, or desserts or coffee after etc smiley - zen

We had one pilau rice, one mushrom rice, split between us.
One tandori chicken, and one teika tandori lamb, split between us.
and a side dish of a vegetable dal, mucala dal I think which was gorgeous, split between us smiley - drool
and a salad randomly turned up too (maybe came with one of the other dishes, not sure) and so we just divided all the food out between the two of us... nonethe less.... gohs.... after eating that, didn't half feel odd having eaten so much smiley - laugh

Was later than we expected by the time we left, so we just went over the road, to the useual pub we use, rather than going to the other one, nearer to where we live for a change, as by then it was half an hour before he pubs close smiley - doh

smiley - bleep . . . . not one single remotely saine person in the pub... some complete nutcase at the bar, talking, semingly making sense, but... just not on this plannet smiley - huh

a group of four or so regulars, near the bar, didn't seem wildly druk, but having a totally insane political sort of guided conversation/arguement, and no one in the discussion seemed to be understanding a single thing anyone else in it said smiley - laugh

one of the regulars, a lady sitting, drunk at the bar (as useual), who I know from years and decades back... just blanked us completely.... - so we hid in the corner away from all the insanity, and just observed it, for entertainment purposes.... was kinda good in the pub though, and I had two pints before we left and walked home...

Hmm.... - i made a vague effort to make some sensible judgements over the calories involved, to feed into my calory counting app,but really... that did seem kind of futile for today smiley - blush - first day in over three months I think I've gone so* far over calorie goals smiley - wah - that does mean I've eaten 1700 KCal or less, or 1510 KCal or less, every day for over 100 days mind... smiley - erm until tonight smiley - laughsmiley - blush

Sadly I fear tomorrow might not be much better... true I've got the gym at 10.30, AM, but then after home showering, having lunch meeitng with #William's daughter, briefly, I'm off to the beer festavil smiley - dohsmiley - alesmiley - stout - shall have to make extra effort towards the end of the week, to 'catch up', and try lose the 2 Lb for this week if I can smiley - doh - caloiee loss is deinfately slower now than it was at the start, anyhow, so its getting harder to shift more at this stage... which is kinda nnoying, as, having lost two stone, I've still two more stone to lose smiley - doh but am still hoping, even with exercise restrictions due to the annurism, I can increase gym input, soon, to help shift the weight as well as getting fitter smiley - grovel - and now the weather is warmer, more walking certainly.... - we didn't really do much exercise today; but did about 1 and a half hours walking, over the course of the day, but we always do a lot of incidental walking just in town, to/fro the shops, and pub, etc - tomorrow oughta bring a lot of walking if nothign else, to get to, and back from plus walking round the beer festavil I guess...

popped into the international on the way home, again, and bought antoher avocado, for tomorrow... - second night in a row coming back from the pub, we've impulse purchased an avocado smiley - laughsmiley - weird quite useful as taht shop opens to midnight, to pick up any immediate food we might need, that is also where now I get the fennel tea I like, plus the Turkish cheese smiley - droolsmiley - cheese

injected growth hormone when I got home, and took melatonin, had taken the proton pump inhibitor earlier, before I showered, and took prednisolone before leaving to dinner, plus took my evening suppliments then, too, D3, K2 MK7, Calcium, magnesium, and zinc... - its tricky sometimes working out the best time to take them all; some need to be near/with food (with fattiest meal of the day, for best absorption), whilst others can't be taken with certain medications (the antibiotic I'm on ATM, for example, I cna't take near iron or zinc suppliments, as that impaires the antibiotics absorption), and when I was on levothyroxin, again, that has to be taken far way from calcium, plus the PPI, etc.... - aTM, I can't take the PPI, near the antibiotic, and as I'm taking the antibiotic first thing, I'm still taking the PPI later, before dinner; but now I'm now not taking the levothyroxin, I hope to move the PPI to take first thing in the morning, as soon as the antibiotic finishes, as I can* take teh PPI in the AM, near the prednisolone without any problem... - heck I've not checked yet what restricitons are on with taking T3, and I do hope to maybe trial taking that some time soon, so no doubt may have to shift a lot o the other stuff about; just retaining the morning 3 MG pred where it is, basically first thing, but with food, and the remaining pred later early evening, with dinner (needs to be with food, otherwise it burns like smiley - bleep in my tummy ) smiley - zen

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

smiley - drunk Beer festavil yesterday was good and so so hot smiley - puff - first time I can recall goign to the cambridge ber festavil, when it wasn't cold, and/or we were dodging rain showers drank way way too much... - damnit, the three pints before the beer festavil in the pub, where we all met up, was probably a bad bad idea.... met in the pub at 2, and left there at 5 PM: popped home, very quickly as it is on the way, popped my PPI, then predisolone, and all the evening suppliments smiley - bigeyes and had a couple of crackers with cheese on, to soak up the prednisolone smiley - yuk then went to the beer festavil... - I can't quite recall getting home smiley - laughsmiley - blush but I did manage to cook w and I a very late dinner, then injected myself with GH and took melatonin.....

Took poochy out today; to the pharmacy (still don't have the new heart med), then into town, to waitrose and back via Tesco - had to give up trying to work out calories for yesterday with all the beer, it, well, I doubt there was much less than 2500 calories of beer, plus with food, that might hve taken me a bit over 1510 calories for the day smiley - laugh

low on calories today, to counter, actually worked out supprisingly low, for some reason, just had pasta for dinner, and still under 1000 KCal for the day so far smiley - weird

must shower soon, then may go out with W for a walk.... and . . perhaps visit a pub on the way home (with nice weather like this I do rather fancy being able to sit outside) smiley - alienfrownsmiley - ale

Poochy liked the pharmacy and Waitrose, but she did find the frightening pharmacist ... frightening... - I like the frightening pharmacist, she's quite good at shouting at GPs and telling them what to do - I think the GPs there are all frightened of her too smiley - laughsmiley - zen

BP this morning was 116 over 70 something, with a HR a bit over 80 (but it was warm ) smiley - puff still not looking forward to eventually having to start these new meds.... - pharmacy promised she's going to have the meds there tomorrow smiley - yikes
