2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

smiley - wah - no internets yesterday.... WiFi vanished... or rather the WiFi was working fine, but there was no internet attached to it smiley - wah phoned the telecommunications company we're with who are named after one of my virtues. (Virgin) smiley - snork they turned up this morning (wow, that was rather fast actually), smiley - zen
Got it working.... he replaced the 'socket' on the wall, which was stoneage (at least twenty years old.... didn't help... then went fiddled with the box outside.... no f joy smiley - doh
en was worried that it could be something the decorators had broken outside with all their scaffolding, but coudln't go look at that as the scaffolding it is still there smiley - doh
So we replaced the moderm..... smiley - boing that seemed to do it... smiley - magic - the newer modem looks a lot more modern and the phone at least is connecting at twice the speed it was now, to the WiFi smiley - cool

smiley - sorry - had to go check on dinner smiley - chefsmiley - zen having to manipulate my calories for today.... - well on the basis of several days where, having subtracted exercise, I then ate in effect, only about 900 net calories, I'm 'carrying over' a few calories for today, as we're off to the pub later...

LGBT (I_?+?) meet tonight, at the local we often use anyhow smiley - zen really hoping the loverly Lesbien I was chatting to last time is there, plus the other Lesbien who's a geneticist I get on well with smiley - weird the former was teh one last time who commented on how well shaved I looked, and we spent the evening chatting about how rubbish 'female' shaving stuff is, compaired to mens'.... smiley - laugh amongst other things smiley - weird
In otter news, went over to the International today, and got Turkish cheese, smiley - cheese fennel tea, a red pepper and a avocado.

Breakfast today was two very large flat mushrooms (just over half a Lb of them, or 250 Grams), grilled, with black pepper and a little of the Turkish cheese, with two rashers of grilled back bacon (just over 300 KCal).

Lunch was avocado salad, an avocado, btetween us, with some cottage cheese, half a tin of tuna each, and lettuce and cucumber (I also had gherkin with min, but William didn't have the gherkin smiley - weird ) smiley - zen

Dinner is spring rolls, chips and salad (about 500 Kcal), lunch came in at about 300 KCal, actually nearer 250 KCal I think smiley - zensmiley - zensmiley - diva

met mad worman from over the road earlier, a retried nurse, just back from a trip to the artic smiley - yikes she's bonkers but loverly, invited us to pop round 'some time' for smiley - tea in her garden.... (I don't think that was a euphamism) smiley - snork right, must go check on teh dinner smiley - run

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

Proton pump inhibitor taken. Prednisolone taken, dinner eaten, calcium tablets, vitamin C, vitamine D, vitamine K2 MK7, Zinc taken smiley - zen after dinner tea drunk smiley - zen err... where was I up too.....

Otter news.....

postman delivered me a present today smiley - droolsmiley - drool its so gorgeous smiley - drool (and cost about five quid...) smiley - blushsmiley - 2cents a cordaroyd pinafor dress - sort of somewhat like dungerees in a strange way... not as 'cord' feeling matterial as I'd hope; quite a fine.... err... cordaroyd feel too it, but it feels so loverly to wear...

Very large spread out 'dress' at teh bottom (just below my knees), so it feels very 'girly', and a sort of 'open' top to it, with just the 'tie' to go round my neck, and then I can adjust that, so not too much smiley - titsmiley - tit is showing, although it is a little open still on the back... smiley - drool feels gorgeous to wear, though sadly I can't really wear it out; due to having an exposed back and a partially exposed chest, it just shows all the horrid scars from the constant spots I get due to (I think), the testosterone injections, I'm getting new scars now every month or so from the hormonal changes every few weeks smiley - wah my smiley - titsmiley - tit have anwyhere between twenty and forty active new spots at any time, some of which will then scar smiley - cry and my back is covered in them too, mainly at the top and all the way down either side of the spine. and they all hurt. constantly. Dr woudln't even talk about them, - they were listed on my sheet I gave to her at the last app smiley - grr
other otter news, gym was a little disapointing again on Friday, I don't seem to be increasing my endurance and possible its going back a litttle smiley - wah only just managed about half an hour, split between exercise bike and rowing machine this time just too exausted to do much more than that smiley - wah
Wondering if that may be testosterone related, actually; last injection was about 6 weeks ago, so the next is in 6 weeks, so by now my levels are probably starting to dip down... (yes the spots have started to improve a little the last week) smiley - grr
Maybe I just should ask the Dr to stop the testosterone, and put me on female hormonal replacement instead, and just have a gender reassignment and be done with it ,erm> smiley - ermsmiley - weird I did ask if I should try going onto the testo gel; daily application of a gel which is potentially more able to replicate the daily peak of testosterone in the morning, and then dipping throughout the day, without such big spikes that can occur with the IM injections, (and consequent quite big dips in levels too), I know the best method would be weekly, or twice weekly smaller IM injections of testosterone, combined with HCG injections, but it seems the NHS won't do that smiley - grr - plus of course I'm blind so my Drs assume I'm a moron and unable to inject myself smiley - huhsmiley - shrug - still not been able to persuade anyone there to show me how to do an emergency IM injection of the cortisol that I'll need to inject if I go into adrenal crisis... - I'm gona have to learn how to do it very quickly, when I do need to do it, which might not be too easy, as I'll be sliping into a coma whilst trying to learn how to do it, and administer it, with no previous training on how to use the longer needles, or open teh vials of liquid HC, or inded, with not having been shown where exacctly to inject... smiley - shrug
Guess I must go shower now, get ready to head out.... considering I might wear the new dress, but given its open on the shoulders, back and quite a lot of the upper chest, I guess I could wear a small blouse or tee shirt under it.... Hmm... or just throw the red dress or leopard print dress on, I've worn both recently, but only for each an hour or two at a time, so its not like they've actually gotten dirty enough to bother washing yet...

in otter otter news, did laundry today, in the machien - we do a lot of handwashing now, so the washing machien just gets the 'rest', which is basically a vast amount of knickers and pants, trousers, and a couple of shirts plus gym bottoms, and one of my skirts, plus any cotton leggings smiley - weird did that this morning, whilst waiting for the Virgin engineer to arrive smiley - weird

ITIWBS

...funny thing, my own weight is down 5 pounds, as of F 5 May 2017.

Can't be entirely the recent surgery (F 14 Apr 2017) as tissues excised can't amount to as much as 20th of that and the surgical tubing I'm still carrying weigh more.

I get my 32 surgical staples and foley out Monday (8 May 2018).

Results good, feel brimming over with energy, only the need to be careful about post op healing holding me back.

Pathology results on the excised urachus, fibrous adipose tissues, benign, gram positive and gram negative bacteria present, the last being where my Doctor says to focus on upcoming followups.
