2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

smiley - puff really haven't felt right, all day today, but not in any way I was really able to explain, or 'put my finger on'....
Maybe a bit like being low on energy, or on drive, not really tired as such, but just feeling out of sorts, joints were feeling kind of stiff, I'm not sure if they were hurting as such, and muscles felt simular... maybe they were just in pain, I'm not so sure....

Anyhow, think I figured out why, eventually; during warm-up, and some of the exercises tonight, I was getting an aweful lot of cramp, and tendon pain, and just weird pains, and suchlike especially from stretching.... Especially in my neck area, and in my feet, as well as the more obvious places, mainly legs rather than arms, but a bit of both...

Then I realised......

We sort of rushed out last night, after dinner, as we would have been late to the interfaith meeting (the one that turned into a night in a pub listening to a jazz band, with just William and I, plus a transgendered lady/man).

anyhow, in the rush out the front door, I forgot to take my suppliments....

I tend to make these up now, once a week, in a large tablet/pill box, with seven day slots on it; 4 magnesium tablets, 4 calcium citrate, 1600 IU Vitamine D, zinc, vitamine K, err, I think that is all...

Anyhow, seems something in that lot does something for my muscles and 'general well-being', I'm guessing probably the magnessium smiley - zen - good to know it is actually doing something benifical!

was kinda grumpty today.... too, don't think that was just because I felt rubbish; and I think magnessium in particular affects us, neurologically, so I think its a safe bet I need the magnesium supplements smiley - zen obviously with the ostioporosis of the femur, and ostiopenia of my spine, I need the calcium and vitamine D and vitamine K2 MK7 (oddly my endocrine consultant doesn't realise the role of vitamine K2 in bones... ).

so, anyhow, went to 'fat club'. which is a silly name, most the people there honestly don't look overweight (so william says), smiley - weird

smiley - magicsmiley - biggrin lost weight again smiley - zen only a bit over 1 KG this time, but I think I miscalculated my previous loss, as my heaviest, just before starting calory restriction/counting and then the class, was 107 KG give or take.

and now I'm 102. so that is 5 KG lost so far smiley - zen only twenty or so more KG to lose. so.... *counts* oughta do that in a month smiley - laugh or.... three smiley - zen

Forty five minutes of circuit training smiley - puff and then we couldm't be bothered to wait for the bus, so walked for about 40 minutes, but then saw the bus, and we were by the bus stop, so got it the last bit, then walked another ten minutes home from the stop.... plus the ten minutes walk to the stop earlier, and twenty minutes walking before that earlier in the day smiley - cool

too tired too cook anything proper, so had a salad, with half a pizza each for dinner, just now. . . and I'm still 1200 calories below my goal (adding on the caloried burnt over the day walking and circuit training, from the total....) smiley - erm

Got some gorgeous big flat mushrooms, earlier, which are bread substitute for breakfast, as they're virtually no calories, and bacon on a big flat mushroom is gorgoeus, and really low in calories, considering, if the bacon is grilled.

So, only had 500 calories today, breakfast, then lunch, combined, and the evening tonight, was about 5 600 or so caloires for the salad and pizza. smiley - zen

hope to really step up the exercise, as oson as they let me join the gym here smiley - zensmiley - puff - really need to get a lot of exercise in; calory restriction diets, naturally lean the body towards tending to process nutritions from parts of the body; including muscle, and more critically, can reduce bone density.... and I really don't want to reduce mine any more than the medications have already done smiley - grr but exercise as part of calory restriction is demonsrated, to help reduce both bone density loss, an d of course reduce or increase muscle/lean muscle mass. and, of course, ultimately, exercise can increase bone density smiley - magic

and, I remembered to take all the supplements tonight, after the pizza.

going to start supplimenting with salt too, as my dietry intake is virtually nothing, and due to the adrenal stuff, I'm likely to be low on it anyhow; plus of course the diuretics can affect it, and my 'normal' result from the bloods the other day, was only just* normal... 2 or 3 'units' the right side of the lower end of normal.... so a little extra salt oughta be a good idea (may that contributes to the constant all over body cramps I often get.... not sure) smiley - zen doubt I'll be up late tonight smiley - sleepy
