OK. not sure how. or why. but, somehow, W and I ... are going to a rave on new years eve. yeh. seriously - can you still get glo sticks? - I'm assuming I really oughta not do extasty anymore, as with the water/fluid/electrlight problems I already have now, it'd be virtual suicide I expect - I'm thinking to glow-stick my white cane, all down the sides sort of wrapping them round it

Went out for coffee, lunchtime today, which was really good, and amusing with a hole bunch of people we know now tried to nap in afternoon, not very sucessfully <sleepY. might have been a bit hungover today, after pub last night... just a tiny bit...

Scanned in all my medical letters this afternoon, so we've got copies to print, to send off for the latest benifit forms.

This is the benifit I applied for last year, and got, and which, now of course, they want you to refill all the forms in again; and re-send all the same information they already have, because... no I've no idea why you can not just tell them no change of circumstances, or just include any new information without needing lal the old stuff too... but apparently they need all the old stuff too and the form we just fill in basically the same as we did last year... err... this is the E ESA not PIP, I assumme we'll get to do the whole PIP thing again too, at some point, and likewise have to resend them everything again - so this time we scanned everything in from the hospital over the past two years, so we have it to print whenever we need it... about 32 sides of A4 hospital clinic letters, discharge letters, etc,(not appointments), which, of course is far too much to fit in the pre-paid return evenvelope - p plus we'll have to go see GP this week, to get her to sign a bit of it, and tell them, again, I'm still someone with all the illness I have, and I've not suddenly been cured

Must get a trip into Lush soon, to restock bath supplies, and bodyshop I think too, plus sainsburrys for fennel tea, and CoOp to get our Indian tea this week... we drink a lot of tea - when we go to the CoOp to buy the punjana we buy every packe they have on the shelf each time

spicey beef stew again tonight, which I cooked up yesterday gorgeous beef again from the butchers....
