actually, not that* tired...
didn't sleep last night.
got into bed a bit before 2 AM I think, but was getting bad heart palpitaitons/weird internal tremors which is always disturbing to sleep, and couldn't seem to get comfortable, then I was hot an doover heating, in places, but cold in others and then I got a headache, and I just couldn't settle...
got up about 4.30, and came down. by the time I'd stood up the heart palps had stopped, and the headache gone (a weird postural hypertension or hypotension thing; oedema fluid moving back into blood stream when I lay down... dunno... maybe... ),
so came down, had a cup of tea, and... felt fine by then of course
Went back to bed. and... nah, just coudln't sleep....
think I may have just about dozed off by some time after 9; then I got up at 10 anyhow, so I could take drugs, man.
took levothyroxin, then cooked up egs and bacon for a substantial breakfast, and took steroid just before eating food
went to the pub, to meet a friend of W and I.
so was in the pub from about 1 PM onwards, switched to a difernt pub, then the friend, whod been working all night said he was too tired, and had to go home, left, so W and I got home about 5 PM....
went for a nap... until about 7, and then did dinner, taking my steroids just before eating
and now its 11 PM, and I'm undecided if I've the energy to wash myself or not... - maybe a bath would e nice, but... just not sure I've the energy
May be interesting to see if we get a response on the phone, tomorrow, from teh hospital, when the two people who recieved our carefully crafted E-mail open it, and ... hopefully panic a bit, and DO SOMETHING Hopefully do something for the better that is maybe
despite (or becasue of?) no sleep last night; felt fine all day. 'with it', not 'distant' or 'removed', no anxiety stuff whilst out, and could 'feel' the world about me; spatial awareness working, basically, felt mentally or cognitively about as sharp or moreso thatn I normally am and, just felt... oddly pretty normal; the drugs didn't 'hit' me this morning, in the way they normally do - had far more energy than normal today, and no fatigue; despite no sleep? - I can't figure it out!
Actually maybe a bath now isn't too bad an idea... but... nah think I'll do that tomorrow; the bedding is well overdue for washing tomorrow anyhow so tomorrow hope to do the washing of the bedding, and clean upstairs whilst the bedding is off
Nice guy we were in the pub with, W and I only met him recently, as he works odd shifts ATM he doesn't often get to g o out in the evening, hence we caught him on his way from the train station after getting back from London, from work.
Was mentioning to him about my medical stuff, and hospitals uselessness, amongst chatting about things like Jethro Tull, and various 80s groups and some other music things... and stuff... He's a producer, at the ex-hom eof h2g2, AKA the beeb.... so, if the hospital still try get stroppy, I might... just... accidentially mention to the hospital... that I've discussed them with a BBC producer

No reply from them yet... maybe there more scared than I figured they woul dbe, by someone drawing attention to their clinical and institutional failings, and that this might just leave them a tiny bit open to legal action for clinical neglegence due to their incompetence we'll see... they may turn up good eventually, though TBH I doubt it, but I'll give them a we bit longer, then if not, its th e official complaint, and I go to GP too, at the same time to get a transfer/re-refered to a differnt endocrinologist at a differnt hospital in London
Key: Complain about this post
