woke. took levo. took sublingual B12. cafinated myself. took 3 MG pred, immediately before* breakfast; had an omulette today, two eggs, a slice of ham, a little cheddar, some oragano, black pepper, and a little salt plus butter, with two slices multiseeded wholemeal bread.

quite a substantl breakfast, so no lunch for me, anyhow, by the time I had breakfast, it was 11

Taking the prednisolone immediately before, rather than immediately after food, makes a supprising differnce. for the better, so far anyhow

took multivitamine and vitamine C at about 1 PM.

Felt really aweful.... but not directly like normal semeingly from teh drugs; I went upstairs to change clothes, and came over so hot... and flustered... - was sort of hit by airless room, an dheat (bright sun through windows this morning)

That passed enough, so went out at 2 PM, and went to pharmacy....

Got bonus drugs! - should have been two packs (2 X 28 tablets, of 25 McG) levothyroxin, to add to the one pack of the same we managed to get earlier in the week... but something went odd in their system, so they just gave me three packs of them...

Silk gloves? black..... elbow length... for this 1920s night tonight... I have a long floor length red dress with beading to wear too, and maybe my beaded red jacket, and the new boots I guess (ought be hidden by the dress anyhow) and the pearls of course = If I'm feeling well enough to go out tonight... at the moment feel... kinda spaced out basically... sort of not with it... distant... somewhat fatigued/brian fog too

gona do a sausages and mushroom soup stew pilaf thing tonight, with bulghur wheet, and with garlic bread for dinner...

tempted to go nap now just need to make sur ewe've got time for dinner, adn showering etc, assuming we do go out

W has painted my nails already, the first coat anyhow, "Queen of tarts" red, which is so* my colour - just need to put on the no 7 clear gel finish, later don't think they neeed a second coat of the red befor ethat

Glad to see you're having more good days now that the pred dose is reduced and you're taking it before rather than after food

I'm a bit worred though.... - its a lesbian disco (well, at least its being run by a lesbian DJ collective, money on doors going to a charity not sure what....) - I think I've been invited as... - the t token blind transvestite ,diva> - I've grown my moustache especially bushy for the occasion, not trimmed it for at least two weeks... - another indication that at the moment, I should be ultra low on testosterone as its ages since my last IM, yet... my moustache and beard h hair is growing rediculusly fast

yes, I think the reduced prednisolone is making a slightly differnce, and changing it to take just before food seems to make a massive differnce - may also be my thyroid levels are rising a as I've been back on the 75 McG dose a few months now I think; still waiting for the dose to be increased, as the 75 McG is a starting dose, that they should increase after a blood test every 6 weeks; which they've not done but since I stopped taking it "without permission", all of a sudden they're paying attention to my levels again, which is why I'm waiting for this letter from them to tell me to increase the dose (assuming I do) - actualy I could increase it myself now, as I've a bonus box of the levothyroxin thanks to the pharmacy mess up with my meds but... I'm trying to be good and not self dose unless I can get to see my blood results first - I'm dosing myself according to national guidelines, and international guidelines, and european guidelines, - the hospital are ignoring these guidelines err, confusingly... gona bring them to task about their non conforming to standards, next time I get to see them - if I can just be feleing a little bit stronger, both mentally and phsyically when I next see them, I want to start getting some straight answers, about what they see as the point of my treatment and then see if they've any idea or notion about what they think they're hoping to achieve; unlike them, I seem to be familiar with treatment protocols, both in the UK/NHS and Europe and Americas... - I'll try get a pic of my outfit tonight, and put it up on FB and twitter (I'm sure your one or the other, if not both )

The nap was short, but did some good, and food/dinner was good, and the meds just before didn't 'knock me out', so... must go shower, and try not to run any more hot flushes I'm soaked in sweat at the moment
