2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

bah... didn't sleep at all well.... went up to bed circa 2 AM, was still wide awake, sweating with heart palpitations etc, about 5, so got up and came down.... just sat in the quiet, listening to the weather outside, which was nice... and had some cups of smiley - tea and some snus smiley - blush
went back up to bed about 7, and then W woke me at 10, as I needed to take meds, or it gets so late is messes up the rest of the day smiley - doh

took levothyroxin, then had food an hour after, so I could take the prednisolone.... felt pretty rubbish... smiley - sleepysmiley - zzz

Went out about midday, to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, of levothyroxin, as down to the final pack in the last prescription.... (not sure why I only get 28 days supply at a time since I'm on it like forever... smiley - alienfrown )

anyhow, got William to check the paper bag of drugs the girl handed over....

acuvis and wockhardt brand (25 McG of one, 50 McG tabs of the other brand).

neither brand I can tollerate.

told them this... pointed out I'd written all over the script requests that it had to not specially be these brands, and instead had to be Mercuary pharma... and that their computer oughta have that information in it too, which the chief in charge scarey Polish parmacist had done for me... but that had all gone wrong clearly....

She went off... looking.... then we heard her on the phone... then she returned.... - with just one box of 28 25 McG levothyroxin, Mercuary pharma.... - they can't get 50 McG Mercary pharma, or just don't have them there.... - Last time I got 3 X boxes of the 25 McG, to make a months supply of 75 McG per day for a month... but this girl woudln't do that... and insists the prescription has to be changed to 3 X boxes of 28 tablets of teh 25 McG before they can do that smiley - dohsmiley - groan

"come back at the end of the week", which we'll have to do... smiley - grr but at least I got the one box, that should cover me for a while... smiley - grr

Went to GP surgery to book an app today, or tomorrow, with the Dr I've seen the last few times (they don't do a named GP per patient thing at this surgery).

no. can't book it. nothing today, and you can't book in advance. - I've had Drs put on my records several times that I'm allowed to book in advance. but... receptionist says no. smiley - grrsmiley - sigh so will set alart for morning, and leave phone by bed, so phone them early to try bok an app with the nice Dr if I can, can also discuss the prescription thing, plus oedema (again), and get her to feel my nodes.

nodes I said... not nose... no. I'm not being rude smiley - laugh - and no I'm not taking about my nodes in my groin, just my neck, as she palpated them last time, wehn they were enlarged, back a few weeks ago with the infection I had, so I figure its worth getting her check they're back to normal, now the infection seems to have cleared up in the armpit area (skin infection), just to make sure innit. smiley - zen also see if she wants to do anything else on my heart, after the last blood test (normal), adn efore that the ECG (showed the enlarged heart). smiley - erm

My B12 sublingual tablets/lozengers arrived, finally this afternoon, some time after 4 PM, so went back to bed smiley - zzz and sort of drifted in out of consciousness for a hour or so... - I often find it hard to know when I am asleep as I'm useually conscious of things going on even wehn I'm asleep... - fairly sure I slept a bit as I think I had a dram, dream, well, it seemed even more weird than 'normal life', so I'm guessimg that bit was a dream smiley - laugh

Wore the new boots out earlier, to walk to the surgery and pharmacy, feel a little lose on the heel end, and a bit tight by the toes, by my little toe, but any bigger would be lose I figure, and I guess they'll have some give in them with time smiley - zen - and, they'll be less tight if I'm weraing tights/stockings rather than as I was today, ankle socks (albeit thin ankle socks) smiley - blushsmiley - diva

Spotted another dres sonline..... that I might have to buy... red again smiley - drool very flowing out at the bottom, and very very long (might need heels to wear it), sort of ball gown basically smiley - laughsmiley - diva only about £40 as its got a tenner off ATM smiley - cool not sure on sizing though.... could risk teh 22-24 or go for the 24-22, both seem vaguely like they would fit... probably the larger makes more sense, as I think the only way is up with my weight, what with the oedema and impending diabetes and metabolic confusion in my metabolism... smiley - blush more or less stable at the moment, wegiht wise, with a gradual tend towards gaining, despite still reducing portion sizes more, and taking fewer meals a day when I can (I can't sometimes because of the hypoglycemia caused by steroids, or the sometimes opposite hyperglycemica it causes smiley - huh ) smiley - alienfrown - mind, looking at other patients with panhypopit, who have oedema, and who have Drs who treat it; some have lost more than 40 Lb in water on getting the oedema treated smiley - bigeyes - that's one hell of a lot of peeing smiley - laughsmiley - yikes

Gave in and took a paracetamol, in the afternoon, due to the headache. smiley - headhurts

Just showered, a bit ago, and too tired physically after now, to have bothered trying to go to the pub... smiley - dohsmiley - ale wrists and fingers somewhat sore, and foreams, oedema getting worse in arms again. smiley - sadface Don't think anything much planned for tomorrow, cept maybe trip to see GP if we can get an appointment... smiley - groan
