another day another... something

didn't get to bed until very late last night <sleepy. well, we didn't leave the pub util .... about 12.20 or so... I think... so got to bed about 2 ish... and eventually fell asleep... (quite quickly for once); the 6 pints over the evening might have helped just a tiny bit

Woke, a bit hungover, but fine, took levo.... and as I was already hungover, didn't get any effect of teh drug making feel hungover brain foggy

remembered the new lower dose, so took the 3 MG pred, and W and I did a little housework... well, W did most...

Went out a bit before 1 PM, to go meet up again for Sunday coffee, with the LGBT group....

only... the cafe was shut - luckily we turned up earlyish and met the organiser at the door, so we went to antoher nearby cafe.... which was packed and no room... so we walked a little further... and found a pub
i bargined their coffee would be terrible... so I had a beer. - honey porter one of thei own brews which was gorgeous... so I had a second...

Chatted for a long while to people there, including a BBC radio producer, a few people who work in biomed (mainly astrazenica I think), and some others too

As we were saying goodbye as it gradually drew to a close, i got talking to one of the ladies who goes... and we started talking to her, about the pub night, at the end of the month.... which is in 1920s fancy dress theme.... - I discussed styles of dress with her, and suchlike.... - OK she's my competition for the fancy dress, I've got to out flapper-style myself up to beat her - I must get a move onm and order the dress for that I want, and the elbow length gloves, and find some suitable shoes - I've already got the boa, of course, and now I've got the pearls too which W got me for my Birthday... guesss I'll have to try find a suitable hat too and pick up some cheap knee high stockings, just so I can do the roled down stocking look that I seem to recall was favoured for some odd reason in the 20s.

Got home, and we were hungry... so had quiche and a sandwich for lunch, and... <sleepy. went for a nap.... until 7 PM!

So we really couldn't be bothered by the time I'd cooked a pizza, to go nextdoor to the pub, for this whatever it is live painting and music/band gig thing on at the pub nextdoor... - instead I had an epic bath....

bubbles in a bath are just the best... such a gorgeous sensation gently moving the bubbles over your skin... feeling the bubbles ever-so gently massage the skins surface

tonight bath, was very sandle wood.... jasmine, honey, rose and... probably other stutff too... and coconut too by the time I'd washed my hair with the coconut shampoo

Used a mixture of rose oil body butter and coconut body butter afterwards and now... quite tired, but in a tired kind of way; not a fatigue kind of way.

felt reallly good and not overly brain foggy all day; any brain fog could just as easily be the beer last night I recon Think I'll sleep well tonight... again

aching shoulders, think I need physio on the right shoulder, its so much mor eswollen or oedema or something than the radioactive left shoulder

may visit the GP this week, so she can check my lymph nodes; ensure they've gone down now, after the infection I had a few weeks back, when they were swollen; if they're still swollen now, I really oughta contact oncology and get in for a CT or PET scan, esp as I may be starting the growth hormone soon, and GH is absolutely counterindicated in any situations where there is active malignancy.... not that I think there is, but might be worth making sure before the injections start up... - hope to get a letter soon from the Endocrine consultant I saw, once they've got my blood test results back, so I can see if I'm increasing the thyroid meds, or not, and see what my free T3 and T4 are doing at the moment, on the 75 McG mercuary pharma brand I'm now on for the levothyroxin...

Not much planned for tomorrow, cept waiting for the parcel from Bodyshop to arrive more perfume, a couple of differnt shower gels/body washes, two differnt bath oil things, (more rorse and more honey I think), and a couple of differnt body butters/moisturisers I think, and... hmm... sure there was something else in the order too

Tuesday may be a trip to Llush and sainsburrys I think, and by wednesday we'll have to do the long treck to the CoOp, so we can get our Indian tea... (sainsburrys is for fennel tea). oh, and we need another trip to Poland, for Polish cheese
