2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Started conversation Nov 7, 2016
O. ok. so I'm a bit late by an hour nearly... but...
Slightly odd day. but first last night.
Watching the people come up the road, en mass to go to the big firework display was weird, as the display was over so quickly it seemed, lots and lots of noise, natch, then all the people walked back past the house again very odd, like an ultra ultra busy morning rush hour combined with the shool kids all going to school.
Went out to the pub, which was an odd evening. very busy and noisey in the pub, and I kept having hot flushes, so spentt half the evening outside, freezing cold, and half inside, boiling hot.
Cooled a little by the end, as the people in the pub thined out. had about four pints, and vaguely chatted to a few people, but really didn't particularly feel socialable... I tend to get too paranoid and anxiety like now, which I know is just either the steroids in my system, or my adrenals doing weridness nad putting out too much adrenalin when they shouldn't
Was very old cold by the time we came home, then I was really hungry.. so ate way too much supper.
Woke during night with acid reflux, feeling sick, which was annoying, as it'd already taken me hours by ten to fall asleep.
So, moped about a bit, desperate to not actually be sick and risk needing the IM injections of steroids eventually went back to bed, and didn't sleep wildly well
Felt fairly fatigued in the morning, due to lack of sleep, and poor quality sleep, and then, luckily the meds didn't hit me too bad, so gave into temptation and went out for a walk with W.
Visited the butchers (birthday bacon and birthday black pudding, plus 800 Grams stewing beef).
Then went to the Indian supermarket to stock up on some spices, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and rosemary I think we got
Then went to international supermarket, and got a couple of large potatos, a few viscious Keynian chili peppers, some tins of tomatos (as they're cheap there), a tin of black beans, and one of kidney beans, another pack of bulghur wheet,and... maybe some other stuff I've forgotten.
Was cold out, and not overly hot in the shops, but I got hot flusehs every time in a shop which is so annoying my thermoregulartion is shot to pieces; to the extent when, thsi evening I can be both too hot and too cold at the same time seriously.... so weird
anohow, got all that stuff in the shops, then came home and made a slow cooker stew;
800 G beef stewing beef, choped pretty fine,
2 large potatos, chopped really fine.
2 large onions finely diced,
a bulb of garlic crushed/chopped and the three chilis,
oh, and some leftover half a box (200 G) mushrooms from the fridge.
Fried off the meat and thre w that into the show cooker, and fried off the onions, garlic and chilis, and mushrooms, and then just threw n the potatos, the two tins f tomatos, the two tins black beans/kidney beans, rinsed, and extra beef stock to get enough liquid in...
Oh, and some mustard seed, cumin seed, and rosemary and oragino, and plenty of black pepper.
Put that on to cook, in the slow cooker must ahve been about 3 PM, and went for a little nap.
woke 5.30 to visit the loo but as it was cold, just crawled back into bed, 'for a few minutes'.
Woke at about 8 PM - stew was done, so had it with some garlic bread and brocolli...
then had a long hot bath, with some honey bath oil stuff (bodyshop) and a 'big blue' (Lush) bath bomb. Coconut shampoo, obviously, and some rose moisturiser after plus some coconut body butter.
Arm still painful from the surgery taking blood last tuesday; too painful in fact to dry my hair after the bath.
just feeling kinda distant and disconnected all day, some very painful cramp in my feet which I just ignore best I can, and excruiating pain in my abdomin, that seems to come on from time to time, and background level of muscle pain elsewhere , with sore back/shoulders/arms like useual quite a good day
Oh, and on way to do shopping this morning, we popped into aother shop; the antique shop up the raod, and got two Grindle spoons! - I'm not allowed to have them yet, though as they're for my BDay they're actually silver plated Victorian I think, salad spoon/spork I like that antique shop (W got me another BDay present from there already)
Lot of rain here this evening and keeps going cold at times, My new raindeer love heart slipper-socks/house socks should be ready to pick up tomorrow from the shop in town Must think about getting my outfit ordered/ready soon, for the 1920's disco thing being put on by the Lesbien DJ collective, towards the end of the month, - I've got to out-camp everyone (I think there's a prize for best 'costume' - I've got the boa already so just need shoes, dress, headgear etc... )
kinda tired now, but not sure if its tired tired, or just fatigue... muscles in arms getting quite ching tonight for no obvious reaosn

If I can declare that it being hours until dawn means that I didn't miss the day, I think your being in your own time zone should exempt you from a midnight deadline!

good point... I mean; my serkadian rythem is shot to pieces anyhow; so I'm not convinced what time zone I'm ment to be in, far less which one I am actually* in

Your circadian rhythm is so far out of whack an alternate time zone wouldn't explain it. Different time zones are still cyclical at 24 hour periods. Your days suggest life on a planet with multiple suns and variable planetary rotation.

That would make sense. and a lifeform which doesn't necessarily live by a normal diarnal err, diarnail dirnal diernal patturn within that period of orbitcal oscilations.... I mean, often an hour or two's nap in the afternoon resets me more to a 'morning' state than any nights sleep ever does, and, like just now, I feel more wake like 'morning' awake than I ever do in the morning, yet, its gone midnight
I'm just no like other people. no wonder my Drs don't understand me.... my physiologogy and biology is wrong because they're trying to equate it to mortal human physiology and biochemistry now it all makes sense - reminds me, was reading some stuf the other day on just how quick, and ill, an Adrenal Crisis makes you. OK... that wasn't my experience; I started having and adrenal crisis, got dressed to get married, headed off in a cab... stopped the cab to throw up on the street outside got to the venue, drank some H20, then did the whole marrage ceramony thing,.... signed the register (OK so I wasn't feeling great throughout that), then thre wup again
then walked out on my own, got drove home, walked in.... went up to bed, to hide... threw up some more... then walked out with the paramedics to the ambelence when it arrived... as far as I can tell I oughta have not been able to walk after the starting it, first thing the morning, let alone then do the walking stuff, a cab ride, et married, drive home, walk again, etc., etc., Hmm.... I still think my entire diagnosis is y.... TbH.... too many symptoms I should have I don't, or don't get until I take the meds to make the symptoms go away which they then in turn, actually cause - I'm just too brain foggy to figure it out myself, properly, sadly I suspect.... s are involved somewhere though... they often are
