oops
OK, was out last night, with a friend I've known in years, since about 2004 when we met on a course we were both on. Anyhow, we often go out to the pub, used to be basically every week, I think last night was maybe the third or forth time this year as I don't necessarily go out so much whilst I'm so ill.
Anyhow, had agreed to go out last night, which I was regretting later on as the evening approached; raging hot flushes, sweating, cramp and muscle and joint pain, and so low on energy I assume all still the testosterone lowering more, gradually....
But, not been out with him in ages, so we went out...
Got talking to a guy at the table, outside the pub, and somehow.... he misheard, or something, and believed my name was 'Margret '....
Its a bit awkward really to then try and convince them that isn't my name... so... Turned out he knew my friend, as he'd seen him at the local mental hospital... my friend isn't a patient there, but knows a lot of people who are, from time to time, so often visits them... whereas the friend we were talking to at the table, had been a long-term inmate there, until recently (two years I think he said) ... I really didn't have the energy to try comvvince him my name wasn't margret
I guess my breasts are still growing thanks to the testosterone injections not being in conjunction with the drug to block the enzyme in the body which converts testosterone to oestrogen/oestrodyle.... - hormone treatment in the UK is primative and illogical as I thinnk the guy at the table was fairly convinced I was part way through transitioning ... Actually wonder if I shoudl just transitition..... afterall my body has done half the owrk already by stoppinmg producing testosterone itself Didn't get home until gone 3 AM, and went up to bed about 5 or 6 I think, getting up at about 10 today and taking drugs etc
Another horrible hot day cooling a bit now, so I think I'll shower... or perhaps investigate the idea of having a cold bath with all the coconut and rose oil and whtnot goodness in it just starting to wake up a bit now, as the steroids wear off a little

hurrah the weather has coooled.... a lot actually had to put on pantihoes last night, to go out to the pub and wore my red beaded linen jacket too and had to wear the pantihos again today, going out earlier to the butchers, for black pudding sausage and egg supplies Hot flushes not effecting me anywhere near so much now the weather had cooled, which is good, tried to sleep this afternoon for something to do, but between the muscle and joint pain, and muscle cramps, and heart palpitations, plus noise outside,.... I gave up

Still too hot to do much cooking here, still getting by mainly on cold smorgasbord selections.
Is getting noticeably cooler, daytime high temperatures occasionslly dropping below 100F/38C, night time lows occasionally beow 90F/32C.
Sleep mostly in the hottest part of the afternoon, occasional cat-naps other times of the day.

sleep? err.... Oh, i think I remember what that is. slept about 2 hours last night, absoluvely exausted today from doing a little housework, so tired to sleep;/nap.
soon as I get into bed all I can notice is the heart palpitations, and how boiling hot I am. sweating and heart palpitations.
Odd thing is, especially in the bed, with the heart palpitations, and not being able to see; it feels more as if it is the entirely house, bed, etc, which is vibrating. so I got up. I can only really sleep now if I drink enough alcohol to whipe me out totally at the end of the day
so would love to be sleeping right now, W is still having a nap, I got up, instead I'm doing the laundry. for something to do.
Key: Complain about this post
