2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

smiley - evilgrin knocked up a fabulus meal the other night, W loved it... basically bulghur wheet, with beans; was with kidney as that was waht we had in... and smiley - wow worked so well even though I can't imagine combinding beans and bulghur is a normal thing as I can't think of anythwere they're likely to both exist natively in the same country.

I;
fried mustard seed, fennel seed, cumin seed, added diced onion,..... then threw in diced chicken, and added black pepper, and a little oragino and some rosemary smiley - zen once that was basically done, threw in sliced mushrooms and garlic, cooked for about a minute, then threw in sufficient bulghur (did enough for two meals for both W and I, so two of the cups I use for measuring rice).

added butter, and mixed it all up, then threw in the spicey kidney beans in tomato sauce (we got the tin by accident which had the spicey tomato sauce smiley - doh luckylly....)

then added extra water, cooked for a while, before putting on the lid, and turning off the heat, to let it finish cooking.

And, maybe, tonight, though I've not yet decided.... its Sweden meets Northern UK... with.... smiley - drumroll

Black pudding pit a panna. seriously. I think this is so gonna work smiley - runsmiley - chef
