I find it helpful to make notes on current signs, symptoms and other issues before going in to a consult, as brief and diagramatic an outline as possible as an aid to memory, so that nothing is forgotten.

which I can't do really, as I can't write stuff down as I can't read it - not that it'd help with my endo, last clinic appointment with him, after he'd diagnosed me as 'fine' from looking at my blood work, he just left the room when I started trying to point out to him all the symptoms and side effects I still have... baffling... not been too bad, yesterday and/or so far today, cept for my inability to regulate body temp... and the diorrehea , but th e body temp disregulation is just soemthing I think you get from the condition, and the diorrhea they've ignored for a year and a half now, so I see little chance of getting anything done about it now as oncology and endocrinology just deny its each themselves, and say try the other, and the GP just doesn't want to do anythign anymore, as he sees it all as endocrine related, and as I'm already seeing a consultant... energy been up a bit too the last few days, not sure why and slept a little better, without aid of the melatonin/circadin.... actually I'm sure I recall a reason one shouldn't take cirdadin when I'm on the drugs I'm on, for the hormone stuff, but I cna't seem to find any reliable information saying as much and no one at the clinic/hospital has ever mention it, assumign they know I'm on cirdadin as its scripted by the GP
