Is quite an odd experience. Luckily its happening qite slowely, and may be reversable, which is nice. Going to have to push endocrinology this week ome more, as they're just ignoring my side effects, and as is, I think I'll 'wing it' without the hydrocortisone and just reisk death instead, without my mind I am nothing anyhow.
In otter news, the bedrooms ahve both been painted, more coats to do though decorator is back tomorrow.
Tomorrow morning the plasterer arrives, to replaster at least two walls in the front room and the ceiling, plus make good some dodgy plaster/wall above the window in one place the front room contents is now crowded into the tiny utility room
and, discovered I am strong enough, just* to carry the big speakers, one at a time... gona have to basically leave the house for the day tomorrow I think. Just hope I'm not feeling this faint/dizzy tomorrow, or this fatigued or quite this painful. Might be nice if the halucinations stop too.

We've got decorators in too, next week. I've got to pack up a couple of thousand books before then

If you are not getting breathing support, you probably should be, and should talk to your doctors about it.
With mountineers suffering from altitude sickness, though oxygen can help forestall hallucinations, they don't recover until removed to higher air pressure conditions.
The Yoga exercises, for example the kundalini 'breath of fire', hyperventilation, can help, but a CPAP machine is much less a shock to the system and fosters relaxation and sleep.
Sleep deprivation alone predisposes to hallucination.

Given all the other problems you've got, its easy to overlook a comparatively simple one.

Need to get the meds sorted first though, as they're causing the main problems as far as I can tell.
Feet now so swollen can't wear shoes.
just wish we weren't having this decorating done right now, place is such a mess and with windows open to dry out rooms/paint, the noises from outside arn't helping, as the drugs are ruining my perceptions, and I can't process sounds correctly anymore. all my muscles and joints hurt.
phoned hospital again today, they ahd results of the blood test. So much for them phoning us.
failed the blood test, so have to continue taking the drugs which ar edistroying my brain.
in hospital Tuesday coming to have blood taken throughout the day from 9 to 5 PM, to draw up a cortisole curve for the day. that sounds like fun
Doubt the curve will show them much; its after 5 PM, more like middnight I wake up, and start feeling normal/alive - once the drugs have worked out of my system.

I've got "I'm going slightly mad" by Queen on the brain now. Love those lyrics.

me too - I've the shaped 12" pic disk of that lurking somehwere ... in the loft with everything else from 'inside' the house - this place is a serious building site at the moment; front room walls still have plaster drying, as does its ceilings, upstairs only one bedroom is usable, the other two are almost finished being painted, the bathroom is more or less usable, the kitchen is partly full of the front room, and the utility room is entirely full of the front room; can't even get to the washing machine for now... - may have miscalulated timings.... - we'll have about two days before the wedding, to put all the rooms back to use, tidy, clean, do the past two weeks laundry etc oh, and organise final bits fo the wedding assuming I'm not either in the loony bin, or in hospital by then
Pity its quite a wait until Tuesday, before they even do any tests... if nothing much gets done before wedding, I guess now I'll have to be barefoot; my feet are so swollen (actually ATM not too bad, as I've just sat up with them elivated for a couple hours) so much for wearing the new heels they'll never fit now
which rmeinds me, still need to re-try on wedding ring; fingers are swollen too, as my blood pressure drops ever lower and the fluid squeezes out aind into the tissues... no wonder I feel so faint, most of the time... 9(starting to wake up a bit now, as its 4 hours since last meds, and their half life is 4 hours I seem to recall)
ran round house earlier, sounds suddenly 'got to me' again, so ran about closing windows and doors, turning off radio so I could be in (near) complete science...)
