results of what? not waiting as such on any results, as such. though I'm still waiting for follow up to scan from end of January, but no one is following that up, to my knowledge anyhow. The MRI (most recent scan on my pituitary), is, well, I sort of vaguely got some results, but they seemed sketchy, and well, basiclaly the consultant who phoned me, didn't even realise looking for a cancer in it was what they were ment to be doing - so haivng to wait now until end of November, before that scan has gone in front of a multidesplinary team meetin g thinggy in endocrinology, and then they might know.
in the meantime, I'm getting more symptoms... of what I don't know. coudl be vaguely neurological I guess; headache, sickeness (feeling not being mind), extreme tiredness (but then I'm not sleeping often for days on an end still), cognative stuff, etc, but kinda same cognative stuff I've had now for ages, - I don't even have a neurology consultant they dumped me at the end of January - oncology won't talk to me now, basically, so I'm only left with endocrinology oddly, I just don't really care anymore TBH
Did my secutarial job for endocrinology last week; we phoned them to remind them to get the nabedo in (injectible testosterone), for my next injection on the 22nd this month, which is at least booked in and organised (they seem more organised than endocrinology).
I've got some kinda clinic appointment with oncology at the end of November; no idea what it is about or anything, or even if its with oncology/hematology or radiology; they don't have a good enough system to tell you such details; will have to call nearer to the time to clarify if they want me there an hour earlier than stated for bloods or not, as the letter is so badly written it doesn't clearly say one way or the other.
gona see GP again this week coming, just to keep him up to date with things, and where they're falling to bits at the moment in miscommunication and idscommunication and noncommunication. - also need to get GP to give me a letter so I can fly with my injectible hydrocortisone and stuff, otherwise I guess airport saff might get nervous come December when I fly... also need ot get scripts extended for going away then, as at the moment I only seem to get two weeks roth of things at a time which is just annoying
Talking to the Mac nurse, who said whe'd get a phonecall to get finally put in contact with a spacialist nurse hasn't seemingly worked running out of options, of people to have a go at really.

Oh dear, I AM sorry.
I misunderstood - I thought you were waiting for scan results
I'll go on keeping my left hand fingers crossed.

well, yeh, kind of
Was waiting for result of the MRI scan on my head/pituitary....
took a few days constant phonecalls, before I eventually got phoned;
consultant said
"scan is clear".
But when I quizzed her, what she ment was "Scan was a nice clear/clean immage".
Not "scan was clear of any evidence of cancer".
So I had to send her off to re-consult with oncology/radiology.
Got a wishy washy sort of "no cancer in teh pituitary, but, ther eis this...... area arond the pituitary but... and... wishy washy wishy washy...." etc.
So, now waiting for the pituitary MDT to meet, and discuss the scan; the area around the pituitary may be inflamation from some kind of infection, but I'm still a bit, well, scepticle of there not being any obvious evidence of anything major in the pituitary itself; a hemorridge or a tumour would explain the suddenness of my stroke/seizure/hemorridge back in january, adn teh start of the hormonal oddness...
I should get more sense out of them end of November, wehn I next I think meet the endocrine Prof who's like a real scientist and not a pretend one Hmmm... I'm getting way too snical
