you need macromedia flash on your pc to see it. if do not you miss a lot, because it used a lot!

I have no idea whether I'm with macromedia flash or not, but I got a virus alert, so will not try again

stramge, no virus there and flash is trustworthy, because otherwise it woul be use so much. you browser must be set extremely in caredull direction.

Maybe, I didn't do the settings, but it's not so important that I'd change them

but if you come across flash website, nearly always there is like to download it. once downloaded you only have update if it asks.

No I'll never download things I have no idea about the contents

flash itself has no contents. it is browser plug in to show animation and games. it made by macromedia who also makes program to design flash amimations. it is not new, but the use of it is growing fast.

macromedia is of bigger influences on the net now

whatever, I'm not going to download it - the capacity of my notebook is limited

that is ok...only keep in mind that is website has flash on it does not work and is not fault ofthe provider.

flash is reasonable small,,amimations do not realy take much memory.

If in doubt, keep it out. Viruses have been changing the way they attack, so what's safe today, might not be tomorrow.

I know what you mean Pheloxi, but I'm with B'elana. It's not often that I download.

macromedia is one of top internet companies and their flash is used by 40 to 60 % of the websites. they can absolutely not afford viruses so will check and check again. they would loose a lot if virus was included.

advice to download from macromedia website directly.
