If there are multiple truths, you can't just answer 'yes' or look it up on Google, (unless you wish only to learn about the subject) because then you're referring to single truths. Are there multiple truths? Yes and no...

Pheloxi's reference is a load of dingo's kidneys written by someone whose first language can't be English, someone from Bangkok or somewhere, and it mixes up the idea of multiple truth with the screamingly obvious notion that there can be many - countless - individual truths - that many statements can be true.
Does anyone have a problem with I live in England, and Pheloxi lives in the Netherlands both being true? Of course not, and it has nothing to do with multiple truths. Neither has the fact that there can be many truths about the same object or the same person, e.g. Jim is tall and has fair hair.
Before anyone pitches in with this old chestnut, the idea that there can be truth - of any sort - does not mean that that truth is attainable.

why I think of multiple truths lately...
not only with parallel universes
...but also global warming
...believing in humans and higher powers
I think that many people look things too narrow minded.

Sure, ands why not? But are there parallel universes to ours, i.e. where we all exist but are different? That's stuff which was the inspiration for authors and many books/stories were written, and films were made. I think it's a bit like the idea of life elsewhere in the universe, it's too fascinating not to ponder the 'what happened if'

read fascinating fictional book about one if certain changes in the 60s and 70s did not happen and we were more in touch with nature. one thing it was that cars would be like trains wagons on motorways.
