Mr van Aartsen was tried to be run over by a lady in a car. he was not hurt, but some with was hurt. the police did not catch person yet.
Mr Aartsen is member of parlement for the VVD, the right liberal party. VVD is part of coalition goverment. he is the former Foriegn Minister, but now leader of VVD in parlement.

...we had a lote of bomb scares at trainstations too. all were fake.

they arrested the lady who did it. she left the car moments after the incident. they traced her thru her number plates. she lives few 100 miles away.

the lady in question is not realy completely sane. she wrote e-mails to news program to tell it was atempted to kill him. the e-mails were very irratic of language.
