I can remember whe you told us about them, and I am so glad that they were successful.

I saw the eye specialist today. After examining me - I have had cataract ops in both eyes, he said to me

"Keep still. Examining your eyes is like trying to examine a yo-yo"!!

Second remark,

Open your eyes wide!. Keep your right eye open".

When he informed me that he could help me by doing some laser work on my right eye -the cataract has thickened there - I said.
"But how on earth are you going to to operate when I cannot keep my eyes still!!"
I must admit that I am having second thoughts about it!.

Christiane, they give you local or complete anaesthesia. I had complete anaesthesia, because I was afraid I would move my legs, because I can not need them still for a long time (about 40 min).
