Some people have no idea what stress their pet may experience when being left when they are not used to it. I hope your neighbours appreciate you telling them and will make an effort to train their dog to accept their abscence without getting stressed out.

The secret is in rewards .... well that has worked for both my dogs, neither of which made a peep when left unless somebody banged on the front door, then they soon went back to sleep again once the "intruder" went away.

I did not complain to them directly, but to house rentel foundation. I had row with them before about their idea of "living noise" on a wooden floor. they are student and according to them that is license to make lots of noise for hours.

Ah, I see your problem.

Reminds me of a family living not too far from here who believe people should "live and let live" which roughly translates to the fact that they can live their lives as noisily as they like with no consideration for anybody else in the neighbourhood and those around have to let them live that way.

I have to say they reasonable quiet.
...another nieghbour thinks he has house discotheque.
...likes to make fire when it is 25C or hicher while all the smoke gets in my house.

I think I'm really lucky that i don't have noisy neighbous - the noise from the road and planes is just about sufficient.

Hah! Noisy dog? We have barky dogs, one of which is ours, cockrels, cows, semi trucks and RAF jets practicing bombing runs over our house, aswell as many many other noises. Yes, we live in the country, where it's peaceful and quiet.

other hard noise not by neighbours it
- occasional an emergency helicopter. I live next to big hospital.
- occasional traffic of a road near me. no direct motorised traffic, live on "a square"
- the church bells, but I got used to them.

mmm..talked to neighbour, but normaly the dog stays with his mother, but the dog's sister is in heat so it stayed with him.

the dog is crybaby...found Johnny Depp better in that role!

I dogs, I'm thinking of getting another one.

dog owners think that sayins their dog does nothing does not he help, because they can not garentee it. dog owners are selfish: the main shopping street dogs are not allowed, but still dog owners ignore the roadsign.

anther thing if I get bitten the chance I loose my leg is big.
