Here's a for someone who's too old...
Would you like to listen to some of my music?
I nearly know how to put it on line.
I'm still trying.. I took my newest piece into a crystal shop yesterday and they liked it.
So did the crystals and I accidentally took a from the other place where I put one, by mistake, but I can't mention their name here because they're the competition of that one and the other one. How old are you anyway?

so there's still talk of socks after all this time!
My mother has diabetes now, but not too bad.
I spoke to someone today who's had a stroke, a heart attack and only has one eye. He seemed a little confused. It's all very depressing.
What can we do? I think I might have to go away again for a little while.

Did she? We are lucky to have so many researchers informing us how to look after ourselves these days aren't we?
What do you do to keep yourself fit, pheloxi?
Now the weather's better I've started walking more. I have a bicycle as well but I'm not using it.
Also stopped eating so much bread and potatoes.
Have a nice day

a few things make my life very complicated, because I am diabetic with complications due to late discovery. please read read "my life with diabetes" A1028170
complication my eyes: my retina (back of my eyes) were lasered, but got cataracts in lenses, but that was remove last year.
complication my foot: because late discovery I do not have any feeling in my feet so no pain if get hurt. my paradoxal dilemma is that in my "diabetic" doctor says I need walk about 30 - 40 mins a day, but the "foot" doctor say that 30 - 40 min is too much.
the eye operation made see a lot better and want to walk more what I did too much, because I hurt my right foot without knowing. 3 weeks rest and antibiotics is the result.
otherwise I am doing reasonable well for winter.

You said not to feel sorry for you in your story, so I will say to you "Thank you for sharing your story with me, Pheloxi"
Life must be difficult for you.
How do you get out into the fresh air?
Do you have someone to take you out every day?

life can difficult, but I am positive person. I am glad I do not have additive personality. I do not drink alcohol and do not smoke.
my local supermarket is close by. a walk to and from supermarket can be done in 10- 15 min and then 10 - 15 min shopping. both together will be max 25 min. once a week I walk 1 hour and on sunday I rest, because shops are closed.
I can walk myself. having no feeling in my feet does not means that I can not walk. when my eyes were bad I had cane with me, but it my eyes are good now. no more cane.
I thought about motorised scooter, but the one I saw I would all kind of licences to ride on pavement or bicylcing lane. I am not good with red tape.
