Hi there i just wanted to compliment you on your piece about Astral Projection..I refare to it a lot as Astral Flight and i find the higher i go the faster i travel as i go lower i slow down but i see more detail such as rivers, streets and even door numbers..
What i wanted to say is i found a book that other researchers may find interesting on the subject..it s called..A Beginers Guide Astral Projection, and it is by Richard Craze..

have you ever managed to astral project, and is it really just like being in the real world, only you can pass throug solid objects, or is it totally different?
