Dunno, I guess the same as any porn, if you send it out and it is against the UK law in explicitness or involving children it would be treated as publishing it and therefore open to prosecution.
Getting it on the other hand is interesting, as I guess the courts would have to prove that you actually requested it. But if it was in the chilren category if yuo knowingly kept it you'd be breaking the law, hardcore adult stuff I would think you'd be OK with. but im no lawey
