h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I can't believe after all this time of managing not to spend loads of my time on h2g2 I end up here because of Leishmania. I blame you entirely hee hee. A friend of my has been quarantined in Cyprus after being bitten by a sand fly. After trying to find out all I could about it I ended up at your guide entry, which is great!!

glad you found the entry useful; I think* its pretty accurate, though I did it a few years ago now (when I was still studying and could rmeember stuff about biology) So It might be a bit out of date, hope your friend gets better
