Hi Bel!
Thanks for the very nice and funny message I checked out your personal space (as recommended) which was also fun
I really have to agree that this community of 'hootoo' is wonderful, everybody has been so nice to me!
What are my interests... Well, I'm a complete chocoholic and shopaholic (thankfully I get "the thrills" even when I'm buying a measuring cup so I'm not completely broke) and I have a passion for all things beautiful and unique and what could be more unique than people? so I also like people-watching. And I don't mean that in a creepy way! I just like to sit in a café or a park and look at the people around me and guess from their facial expressions and gestures and clothing what they might be like, what their life is like.
Music is a big part of my life. I've been singing since I was about 4 or 5 years old. I'm not a professional or anything, it's just something I enjoy very much and it helps me deal with all the good and bad emotions that life, the universe and everything tends to throw at you.
Right now I'm also interested in cooking and decorating. I moved to my own apartment (finally!) last august, but because school-work has taken pretty much all of my time, this christmas-break has been my first opportunity to really start making it my home.
Oh, and I really love watching movies! Last summer I bought a book called '501 must-see movies' and I'm determined to see them all. It will probably take a few years though...
Iona

Hi Iona, well, there's the Chocoholics club somewhere, I'll search you the link.
It's here: U4288864
There are a few choc-related guide entries, too, if you're interested. And we have a smiley
There is The h2g2 Musician's Guild U150368
Don't know if there is a club for cooking, but there are many recipes in the guide, I myself have written one: A11504666
If you go here, you'll find many recipes: C124
There's a bunch of entries about movies, too, I could certainly try to find some links for you.
