Isn´t it funny how some grandparents are far cooler then your parents? My Granddad in England used to play golf (I thought that rather cool) Mein Opa here in Germany used to like going to Gospelconcerts. And he was on the whole very "Oldfashioned" in his likings...

I´ve been thinking what I remember of my grandmothers. Ah, my Oma tought me to play guitar. She showed me a ucrainian tuning, too, but alas that has been lost.
Grandma England just left me with interesting feelings about the britisch working class. She was very proud of not being posh. And she alway sent us Snoopy cartoons from the Daily Mirror (I think it was the Daily Mirror~~~)
