You /obviously/ haven't read the packet properly. It CLEARLY states that grape nuts are great simply because they stay hard even when you add milk so they... er... have texture... which... er... makes them better than other cereals...

And, to be honest, I do quite like them. They make an interesting change, and are nice and compact for easy travelling!

Hey, I like 'em too. Tasty, crunchy AND nutricious? 'With these Grape-Nuts, they're really spoiling us'.
But they can sometimes resemble fish-tank gravel in consistency.

Suitable for vegetarians. no added sugar, and high in fibre and low in fat. Good source of iron and folic acid, contains whole grain wheat flour (good fibre source), and they're fortified with six vitamines (Iron , Niacin , Vitamin B6 , Zinc Oxide , Vitamin A , Thiamin , Folacin, Vitamin D)...
