Did you know around 1979 is when the phrase"pig" came from ?,,,I remember,but cant remember which side it came from !!

Hows life treating you anyway ?,,,,did you sort owt out job wise ?

I think that origins of the 'piggy' insult are lost in the sands of time. Much like the origins of our 'chip butty' song.

I am still technically unemployed. However I am picking up the odd day or two of consultancy work through my various contacts. This causes al sorts of problems down at the Job Centre, where they say that you can do bits and bobs of part time work and still claim, but they're just not geared up to the amount that I can charge for a day's work.

btw,,,,good luck on the job search bit !!,,,I'v been outa work myself,about 11 yrs ago,makes ya feel sort of"small" n no one wants to talk to ya etc,,,,


Did you see my email ???,,,cant remember what I put but we had a brill time,set off at 4am n got there for 8,,,,,,was like Sheffield town centre on a Saturday afternoon !!!Was sat bang opposite the tunnel,had a great view 22 rows from front,lower tier......I had to look up tho at the roof bit,now thats an awsome sight,and it doesnt seem logical that it closes !!!!


I see the blades are spendin some money ?,,,,,I wonder if its goin to pay off,only time will tell yeah,,,,as for us,I dont think we'll mega struggle,maybe top 10 ????,we'll have to wait n see(fingers crossed) !!
