How do I do if i want to change my entrie but also save the old one????
(if you don´t understand please ask me what I meant, I am not verry good at spelling)

Don't worry about spelling - you're doing fine.
I assume you mean the content of your User Space. This is how to save the content in another Guide Entry:
1. Go to your Space and press Edit
2. Select the text in the field and choose 'Copy' from the Windows Edit menu.
3. Go back to your Space. press the blue button that says 'Add Guide Entry'. Alternative take this link <./>UserEdit</.>
4. Paste the content into the new blank field. Add a title in the small field.
5. Press the white button that says 'Add Guide Entry'.
6. Return to your space
