Removing some (very) old personal information

Hiya,
12 years ago when this first started I made a few entries on here when I was all young and enthusiastic. Since then though I've entered a somewhat professional job and really need this site to stop indexing my name at the top of Google. Can someone let me know the process for getting various key phrases removed please?
I've tried to claim the account but as I no longer have the email used, the password or any memory of how on earth i signed up it's tricky.. I'd prefer to do this outside this rather public forum too if possible!
