h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I'm not here to make a fuss about censorship. Just hoping to excise whichever word is causing problems from an old entry.

I posted an entry back in 4 Jan 2005 detailing my amateur publishing credits. I occasionally update the page to add things.

I don't recall anyone complaining about this entry in the last seven years, but today when I tried to update, it showed a message saying "This entry has been blocked as it contains a word which other users may find offensive. Please edit your entry and post it again." An electronic monk within the h2g2 system is taking offense so that no humans have to.

I tried taking out the words I thought someone would find offensive, but it still gives the same error message. Could someone please tell me what word(s) I can take out, or a euphemism I could change it to? Maybe we can play charades or dance around the exact word in case writing it here would be too offensive. Or you could say "The seventh word in the second sentence of the third paragraph." Something like that.

It might have hit a glitch that was troubling h2g2 during the latter stages with the BBC and has now been cleared when you've read it through again

I found the final offender after some further experimentation. A word that was used many years ago in the US to mean a mistake, but more recently refers to an erection. A sidekick on the very mild American sitcom "Growing Pains" went by that name in the 1980s, so it didn't occur to me that h2g2 would find it offensive. I was using it in the sense of a character name, but it might not have been clear from the context.

I'm surprised that the system can't point out which words it finds offensive. It can tell me exactly where there are errors in my GuideML, right down to the uppercase P tag to close a paragraph that was started with lowercase p.
