I am not commenting on individual modding decisions.
Regarding the wait for an email - what you may not know is that the current mod tools, including emails, and so on, are really arduous to use. Lots of skipping between screens, lots of cut and paste.
I am working on redesigning a slick new toolset for the Tech team to implement, but the problem was we only got half a toolset from the BBC. That of course doesn't solve the problem this afternoon.
