Hi there,
We can't always respond immediately to posts on threads around site. We have a lot of work to do and we don't work outside of normal working hours as well.
Also, we only work on h2g2. We can't help you with those other sites.

There's a new sign-in system for the other DNA messageboards, and your h2g2 account needs to be 'converted' to the new system before you can use it to log in to them. It will be automatically converted when h2g2 moves across to the new system in the new year, but if you can't wait there is a manual way of converting it (which I haven't tried myself).
You'll find more information here: <./>Announcements</.>
Hope this helps!

Hi Icy well no not really,I'm still on [SSO] I was able to get on POV before I changed addy then I wasn't able to click on validation email to even get back on here, its a long story and I ain't going through it all.. Some reason unknown I can't use msg boards it hasn't got anything to do with BBC_iD as some have changed over and some have not, the ones that have not I can get on but can not post says I'm restricted and I've done bleep all to get restricted from using them, everything was fine till I changed my email, well there are a couple I can get on and post to, so I did on BBC3 and another, the Editorial say they can't do a thing but the boards and h2g2 all connected with this thing called DNA, I've tried looking for an email address for the message boards but I can't find, oh and another thing I'm not on a PC but the same as ^~^shakira^~^ and jimcracker a digibox, alot keep saying get yourself a PC or Laptop hmm ya right and wheres the money going to come from to pay for such things and have silly broadband? Maybe I grow a money tree hence £50 notes etc made out of paper I was supose to be logging out. Anyway I'm sure I've messaged you before I'm that nutty guy called Dale the one everone loathes I had screen name LifesTooShort!! Well it sure is too short. Thanks for your info.

Hi Dale - yes I do remember the name!
A digibox log-in problem was discussed in one of Nick Reynolds' recent threads on the sign-on system, if I recall correctly - maybe someone reading this knows where to find it. I don't think there's a quick solution, though That's a technology which is as good as dead now, so I strongly fear it's not going to be fixed for you.
Yes, I know laptop and broadband costs money, but it's coming down in price year-on-year. You might find a good broadband deal with your telephone or TV provider. Similarly laptops are very cheap now - you don't need a high spec one if you're just surfing.
Why not start a discussion in <./>Askh2g2</.> and invite people to suggest the cheapest ways to get online - you may find that a few thousand creative heads are better than one (or two).
Good luck!
