There seemed to be a lot of writers here at H2G2, or maybe not. But this is the thread to see if any of the writers would like to chat a bit.

This is the forum for feedback on the h2g2 website, bugs, editorial issues, that kind of thing..
However, there *are* very many writers at h2g2. We write both individually and collaboratively. Ask your question again in the Ask h2g2 forum, http://www.h2g2.com/Askh2g2, that's the place, and it will probably get a much better response.
Thanks

I didn't think it was really a question is why I didn't put it there. Were you getting on to me or just informing me?
Well I might just do what you said then.

I'm sorry. It says right at the top of the page that it's for feedback on the H2G2 site. I'll go elsewhere. Bye.

I have promised elsewhere not to be pedantic - it's a waste of server space. But had you intended to invite other writers, you should have put the apostrophe at the end. I was intrigued by the title of this thread because I wondered which writer it was about. When applying to more than one, it should therefore correctly be called "The writers' thread". I thought, as it was for people proclaiming to be writers, in this case a comment was justified.

Right you are. I hadn't even noticed that. I'd better do it right next time. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.
