h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

My original h2g2 account (U239223) is no longer accessable to me. When the single sign on mess started I had no real problem with signing on, but after an alien abduction that lasted for 35 days I find that my password isn't what I remember it to be. I've tried to have new passwords mailed to me twice, and neither will work. I've recently broken down and created a new membership so I can still peruse hootoo (mostly RF5 for mining duties) and require help gaining my old account back. Please would someone help me?

1: Try not use Capitals it is the net equivalent of shouting.

2: If you click the menu link that says “My Space” it will take you to your personal space. Somewhere on that page will be a link that says “Edit Page”, click it then enter some text (what you put in your last post would be fine). This activates your page & allows people to post messages on it (keep an eye on the bit that is titled “My Messages”. Once you have done this a h2g2 Assistant Community Editor (an experienced h2g2 user who has volunteered to help new users) will pop along and leave a welcome message and will try & answer any questions you may have.
