Series three is available, I believe, either in single discs or as a box-set. It's a bit misleading though as it's labelled 'the first ever series to be made by Thames in Colour' in other words, the previous two series were made by another company in black-and-white).
The film is also available, and is a remake of the very first episode of the black-and-white series. Have a search on any online DVD store and you should be able to find it.
