There is a minor bugnot a feature in nested footnote rendering. Blah blah blah blah``Blah'' is silly! blah blah

The rendered footnotes are out of of orderSome would say it's endearing. Odd. See The Gnat Line article,
or indeed this message for an example.

I see the footnote to the footnote as the last one, which seems to me to be the logical place for it as it is the last footnote referenced on the page - where were you expecting it to appear?

Perhaps I was imprecise. For footnotes of footnotes, the ordering at the bottom of the
page is fine. The footnotes, though, are misnumbered!
