You've allready got a way to view a list of people who are on line. What I'd like to see is a way directly sending them messages (and if possible) that they wouldn't have to go back to their home page to find out about.

Well, actually it's not that good. But now that I've discovered the list of people on line, having decent conversations is a lot easier. Basically, if you see that someone is online, you can just go to their homepage, respond to a journal entry, and hope they notice. It's not very effective, but some other way of sending people messages would really liven this place up.

If you'd like to add a "Who's Online" link to your homepage you can find out how to do it here -> http://www.h2g2.com/A178157

Another way of doing it - we are working on it, it will happen one day - we have all sorts of plans for this place!

Researchers are pretty good at noticing though - you get quite used to checking after a while.

Actually, the first time a found the "who's online" thingy, there were exactly 42 people logged on. I wasn't sure whether or not to take it seriously. smiley - smiley

It's funny how often that kind of coincidental thing happens here... smiley - smiley
